Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. Rebirth Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@rebirthlabs.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and overnight options may not be available for these addresses.
